Ökoplan’s landscape design work across four HTG – Hometown Group destinations in the New Administrative Capital brings outdoor spaces, greenery and public areas together with the architecture of each project, creating environments that are welcoming, functional and built to last.

Four projects shaped by thoughtful landscape design

  • LaFayette (Location: New Capital Downtown) – a visionary mega mall inspired by the iconic Galeries LaFayette in Paris.
  • Zaha Park (Location: MU23) – a design-led mixed-use destination.
  • Udora (Location: New Capital Downtown) – a commercial destination defined by minimalist modern architecture and a panoramic glass facade.
  • Village Walk (Location: New Capital Downtown) – a vibrant commercial destination.
